Cancellation policy - If you are unable to attend your appointment 24 hrs notice is required. Cancellations under this time will incur a £30 charge.  Consultation - All consultations and assessments are included in the price. Insurance - Fully insured. Invoices - If you require an Invoice for your treatment for your Health Insurance or Insurance Claim please let me know. Medical Conditions - Please let me know if you are taking medication for any medical condition or if you medical condition changes inbetween treatments. Mobiles - Please switch mobiles off during treatment. Payment  - Cash or Card on the day of treatment or in advance if buying a course.  Pregnancy - I need to know if you are pregnant, even if the rest of the world is oblivious. Please tell me. Punctuality - Please try to arrive a few minutes early for your appointment. If you are late it may be necessary to shorten your treatment time as a courtesy to other clients whose appointment follows yours. (No more than 5 minutes is requested please to avoid disturbing the treatment prior to
yours)  Treatment Duration - All times quoted include consultation, preparation time, treatment and vacation of the room.
